ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh the dresden dolls played rid of me and my brain is still reeling. also, regina spektor was amazing and lovely just as i expected she would be, and the first bands, the redwalls, were also rather good. the dolls were amazing as usual and i have a signed sweatshirt now. yay. RID OF ME, as in PJ HARVEY. holy shit i love them. we took video of brian saying "lick my legs and i'm on fire" with hayleys phone. he made my life.
people may also be interested to know that they also covered "such great heights" by the postal service in the encore. it was very pretty. but not nearly as cool as rid of me. fuck that was awesome.
thanks to hayley and rachel for getting lost in providence with me! also, 13 year old girls who don't like regina spektor should not stand between me and the stage again if they don't want their heads cracked against it.
