when the river winds around your liver
I can't believe it's still just february. I've suddenly become ridiculously busy. I'm working at the pour haus all the time now. My massage studio is still doing allright although my valentine's day sale didn't go that well but that's because I got sick and hardly advertised at all.
I'm going to be doing another one for spring break I think.
the band doing better in that nobody is out of town or in jail and we're actually playing out on a semiregular basis. hopefully, we'll be recording an album this summer.
one of my best friends is moving back to town!
I met a chirpractor who works on goss ave right next to the kroger's and he's amamzing. he'll work on anybody for what they can afford. so if any of you need or want some work. I highly recommend tom raley his number is 635-6191. just tell him you know me.
goals for the next month
write songs with ale utis
start vermicomposting in my cellar
set up homebrewing equipment and make first batch
also, I want to start compiling opinion articles from people that talk about current events that don't just talk about mainstream buzz topics. for example, an article on helthcare that talks about problems with the patient/doctor relationship and how alternative practioners and doctors are taught to discount each other rather than work together.
Ideally what I want to do is write grants to get money to buy space in papers to publish the articles and then build a website to compile them. That it could turn into an alt news source.
It's still just in the idea stage so if anybody has suggestions, please comment. also, think about something you might like to write about.
