I got Jillian Michaels: 30 Day Shred and 3lb hand weights in the mail today.  I'd love to start tonight, but I'm going to wait a few days for monthly cramps to subside.  I don't want to add body cramps on top of those.  And judging by other people's reactions to the first day of the workout, I think it's a good decision.

That being said, I will probably come on LJ to moan and groan about the workouts and pain.  I don't really have a good support system, so LJ should help some.  I really hope to be able to complete the workouts, even if it's not as originally intended.  I'll probably have to make modifications to workouts, skip some cycles, take too many rest days, etc.  I just want to finish and see a change in numbers, inches/pounds or otherwise.  Preferably a decrease, but we'll see.

It's March!  Spring break is coming up, though it doesn't mean much to me.  With online classes, it already feels like I'm kinda on break lol.  Oh well.
