Exiled and/or Broke Tony +1 . . .

I was wondering if any o' you good people knew of where any stories are of Tony either going completely broke and/or being exiled because of any o' the events that happened because Team Cap either 'wins' the Civil War or Ross does it to him, being he's the only one of the Avengers that can be gotten.
I've only come across one, and Tony had been exiled to Switzerland . . . very good story by the way.
Also, I am looking for a series of stories that was set in space qith Tony as a prisoner who has been listed as a criminal. He is discovered by accident and ends up rescued by the Avenger . . . the apaceships are piloted by AI's that jave been corrupted by Stane, I believe.
