Just because it's June...
...have another update. I know how y'all love 'em : P
The month started off with another holiday, love it.
Started it by going to Utopolis for the first time and catching the swashbucklingly joyous POTC4. I slept in later, cooked meals that took longer than 10 mins to make and finally got Tom Jones read. Also watched Fistful of Dollars and For a Few Dollars More back to back. Lee Van Cleef, what a dude. This was also the weekend our church moved into our new centre of town venue! We had an insane number of people come to help with the get-in, so instead of a whole day it took, um, 3 hours?
"And that includes the time it took to eat the pizza."
And on Saturday I watched the Maltese Falcon for the first time. Tres bon. Very funny.
This week? Well, I went and saw XMen: 1st Class (Magneto = most excellent despite silly helmet at the end), had Bible Study, visited the "Luxembourg" (actually in Belgium) IKEA for the first time and helped a friend put together a table (flat pack furniture nerdery ftw) and started reading Journey to the Centre of the Earth (very funny).
I also watched Patch Adams, which made me sad...I have taken out Baron Munchausen (it is free to borrow DVDs from Lux library!!) though to counteract that, lol.
