New Year's Resolutions

1) Eat healthfully and make good food choices.  This means as many fruits, veggies and lean protein as I can fit into properly portioned meals.

2) Exercise for at least 30mins every day.  I mean every day- even if it's just a walk around the neighbourhood or a good 45mins of snow shovelling.

That's it.  2 goals.  My hopes are to feel awesome and look great in my wedding dress in June.  Typical I know, but what can I say?  I want to look good in those pictures!
