In that one lone chair Nurse Ratched sits quietly, a faint, pleasant smile upon her face as the patients enter, a clipboard in hand. The room is big and suggests openness, calmness, even happiness-- but on the edges of vision are guards. Should any of the patients grow-- well-- unruly, they're there to assist in any way they can.
