yes, gratis internet has many websites where they give away free stuff. obviously, if they were doing something illegal or not giving out ipods (flatscreens, dvds, cds, condoms, etc.), they would have been shut down by now.
of course some people completed all of the requirements and yet were denied an ipod! do you think gratis wants to give away their money? i read their entire terms and agreements, and they put loopholes in there. they want an excuse to not give you an ipod. you break the rules, or even if they have reason to think you did, then there's their excuse. but, as long as you follow the rules to the letter, they can't deny you one or you would have grounds to sue them.
i happened to be one of the ones who followed the rules, because my order has been approved and is already pending. instead of taking 2 weeks, it only took about...5 hours. i will post screenshots as soon as i finish this comment.

so, thank you for your concern, but i think it has been worth the small amount of trouble and large amount of spam email (sent to a spam email address...) to get a free ipod.
