umph! umph! umph!
I've been taking the past week-ish off, spending Christmas with the Interesting Girl's family, and then showing her around my home town this week during New Years (including the requisite Meeting Of The Parents).
And in the midst of all the fun and festivities, I proposed to her on NYE and she said yes!!, meaning she is either a) the Interesting Fiancée, B] insane, or iii. my mother's Daughter-in-law elect. (At least, so says my mother....)
And now, we return to the regularly scheduled wild rumpus!
