Two more days. Two more posts. And I've done NaNoBloMo.
Twenty Years After has stalled a bit again, but I hope I can throw a curveball at Jack and having him start a mega-fight with Sophia. Of course, they're going to be talking at cross-purposes and completely misunderstanding each other, but then that's what the best dialogue does, right?
Despite my NaNoWriMo fail, I'm pretty proud of myself this month. I've finally gotten Twenty Years After moving again, I have Revolutions to play with as a new story, and I still have the Highlander/Pimpernel story in my back pocket as something to do for fun.
I've been doing all this while working full time in the retail holiday season, and starting a physiotherapy program that I should have started a decade ago.
More generally, I've also started chanelling my inner Danny Wallace and have started saying "Yes" more often. I've reconnected with some university friends and we now meet up at least once every couple of weeks. I've joined a local Steampunk group, so not only am I making new acquaintances, I have events on my schedule that demand I wear my pleather bustle skirt.
When everything is entered into the ledger, I think November 2011 shall be written down as a good month.
