I love fics that illustrate this side of Sirius; he's more than just hot and full of amusing antics, after all. :)

Well, they are wizards, and sometimes it's fun to explore that side of things.

Mmmmm. I can't resist such legends, or your rendering of them into S/R terms. Delightful.

I'm mainly an Arthurian geek, but all of the sleeper myths fascinate me. I couldn't pass this one by.

Is there anyone who isn't secretly an Arthurian geek? I kind of felt the sleeper myths were tied to Arthur anyway because of The Dark Is Rising series by Susan Cooper.

Now he cried out, his voice echoing across the sky, and dived down, through the galloping ghosts.

What a perfect, vivid line! And this is a gorgeous fic: dreamy and beautifully written.

Um, I've been meaning to friend you since, I have a horrible feeling, dogdaysofsummer last time around, so I think it's time I stopped procrastinating! Hope that's OK :).

Thank you. I love the old myths and it's always fun to try to link JKR's wizards into wider myths.

If it's any comfort I didn't join in until scarvesnhats last year. Lovely to have you along for the ride. :)
