Dear Sears, Kohls, JC Penney, and Old Navy,
Could someone please explain to me why, with the exception of the surprisingly sensible Target, you put maternity clothes ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE STORE from the Women's clothing section with the little girl's clothes? It's not like I am in a physical state that makes it difficult to walk a lot, or anything.
It would make sense if you put the maternity clothes by the baby stuff, as I'm sure many pregnant women would enjoy shopping for baby paraphenalia whilst shopping for new clothes for themselves, but alas no, you put it with the clothes for 4-10 year olds, which makes no sense at all. Macy's at least puts the Maternity clothes next to the lingerie, where there is a slight chance I might find something useful in that section as well.
Also, I do not enjoy being made to wander aimlessly around the store looking for a fitting room, as you seem to not provide them for children buying clothes in your store. As a pregnant women whose stamina has been lessened by the onslaught of hormones and widening feet, I do not appreciate this.
Thanks,
roseinmist
