New Years Resolutions

Jan 02, 2006 00:23

This year, for the first time EVER I am making two New Years Resolutions.

More specifically, I am making a Resolution and a Goal.

1) I intend to go to the gym at least 3 times a week. The good news with this is that I am taking three movement classes next semester (Personal Fitness, Yoga, and Modern Dance), so that's a start at least, I just hope I can keep it up afterwards.

2) I intend to read 52 books or plays in the next year. This is a play or a book a week. They will also be non-school related. This would be infinitely more fun if someone else did this with me, but as it's a pretty big undertaking, that's why it's more of a goal than a resolution. :o)

I will keep a list here for my own edification, as I have already completed one book. Check back to see how I do and wish me luck!
