this is fantastic! i love how Kimahri is so sure of himself and his own identity, but so very unsure of exactly how what he wants could possibly work.

Thank you so much! I'm really glad I managed to convey his certainty as well as his uncertainty. He's such a balance of both, even in canon I mean.

I always love this pairing! You do such a good job of it.

A possible sequel could be Rikku off in the desert having similar thoughts, but that's just me.
