Spinach
The husband took the plastic off the hoop house and revealed an abundance of spinach. I picked as much as I could reach, est. 4 gal. Another couple of gal. out there, will enlist someone with longer arms to harvest the rest. Will make a nice hostess gift for my luncheon today.
My thanks to the Universe for this awesome gift and for the husband who sometimes behaves like an ass but gets a lot done around here.
