Sanity, what does it mean to be sane? Or not to? Who decides and doesn't it change sometimes rapidly as one encounters- stimuli - environment . As change in environment comes can we not swing from sanity to insanity in the blink or less of an eye. Of course we can. We do.
It is good to maintain a veneer of sanity. Those in charge want us to appear sane and even happy. The populace is placid and fat strung out on Big Pharma's pretty pastel pills.
