I heard about something this morning that's really bothering me. I know from my extensive HR experience that it constitutes as sexual harassment, but I'm not sure what can be done about it.
Here's the situation, someone, or more than one someone's, wrote offensive comments in the bathroom (yes, I know, it's unbelievably juvenile) at their workplace about another worker there. The longer I sit here the more upset I get, to me, the comments were that bad, and most of you know I don't offend easily. They weren't about me, but they're still pissing me off. Any ideas on 1, how to subtly find out who did it (there is suspicion as to who but no proof) and 2, what can be done legally and HR~wise to the culprit?
