To celebrate the National Year of Reading, 13 world-class authors including JK Rowling, Doris Lessing, Neil Gaiman and Irvine Welsh have told us their story, and we'd love you to tell us yours.
You have until the 19th June to create your very own story card and enter our competition to appear in a limited edition postcard book alongside our authors' stories.
The postcard book is available to order for £5 and all profits from the sale of the postcard book will go to Dyslexia Action and English PEN.
The author stories are up for reading. 250-word stories. Amazing how a few sentences can still have impact.
