Home again and Feelin' Right...

Its fall break, of course I am having the time of my life. I am being completely serious. The week leading up to fall break is always fun because all of the professors will ask you if you have any "big plans" for the break and when I always answer "Not in particular, I'm just going home to relax", they are never sure whether to look at me like thats a good or a bad thing...
I am different in that respect. I have never felt it necessary to book a trip to the bahamas, or disney world, or a cruise, or roadtrip. Home has always been the best way that I can imagine spending any vacation from school.
Friday night I arrived home and said hi to my already in bed parents, unloaded my tiny car and headed to bed. I was woken up Saturday morning by a familiar fat little black ball of a cocker spaniel. After waking up a little bit and getting dressed I made my way to Panera bread with my mother and picked up some breakfast to go then went over to the shop. (If any of you love vintage by the way, you HAVE to let me know, and you need to come to my mother's shop, its AMAZING)...
Anyway, she'd already laid out a bunch of cardigans and pencil skirts that she knew I'd love, and also a really dramatic black concert dress that will look sooo good. Her newest endeavor seems to be finding the 1940's and 50's formal dresses... not what you're thinking, old lifeless limp, dirty torn... nope. All of them are in pristine condition and some of the prettiest dresses that I've seen. I went to Marshall Fields yesterday to just check out the juniors homecoming and winter formal dresses, and they don't even compare in price or quality to these vintage gowns. I actually found one to fit my boobs! Can you believe it??? Its black and pink strapless and its going to be amazing.
SO Sunday we took off (My parents and I) to Ann Arbor for an antique fair there, it involved freezing cold weather, and me not being dressed warmly enough, and as a result drinking about three cups of hot cider. We stayed there for as long as it would pacify my mother, which ended up being a good two and half, three hours. Then we headed out into the thick country in search of more deals, stopping at the harvest moon cafe so that I could have some blueberry pancakes. My dad had to take a conference call at noon, and we were between places so he dropped my mom and I off at a big mall where we looked in Claires for about an hour, Tyler who was visiting his friend Nate at UofM called, wanting to meet up, so he came to the mall too. We all left after my dad had finished working on a Sunday. He and my mother went to the nearest Salvation army, while Tyler and I headed onto campus to find the Urban Outfitters, and Buffalo Wild Wings... what a compromise don't you think? Buffalo Wild Wings wasn't as bad as I thought, I got to at least have a smirnoff ice, and of course I was with Tyler so I was having fun despite the atmosphere. My parents met up with us, and I took them to a little attic vintage shop, then we went to dinner, it was really good... I never like just seeing Tyler for just a little while though, it feels like he should always be wherever I am too.
Yesterday I woke up and came to the shop with my mom, we had lunch then rushed back to her dsl to try and bit on a dress on ebay, we lost it. Yesterday evening was spent just hanging around the house, practicing for a little while and having pizza for dinner. I went to bed fairly early, I've just been sleeping really hard since being home, its pretty obvious that I need it. Now here I am back at the shop this morning, my mom is hanging up new finds all over the shop and has the Original Godspell soundtrack playing. My stomach is turning over from taking vitamins and not having anything on my stomach except diet rite.
I have no idea what I'll decide to do today.
