These past few days have been a DREAM.
New York was indescribable. It was just amazing. I don't even know why. I haven't spent a lot of time with Molly this year and I had 48 hours straight of her. Ahhh. Amazing.
Then Friday morning I get a call from Harrison that I got a callback for Little Red. & it made my day. Ok, Ariel and Lisa are most likely MUCHHHH better, but...wow. I was like floating on a cloud.
Then I get back from NYC and theres an email asking me if I want a solo in "The End of a Perfect Day." I was like, speechless. Ah! Who cares if the song is 45 seconds long? Ahhhhhhhhhh!
Acton Jazz Cafe was good. Apparently every big name in the Boston jazz scene knows about the whole me-Alexei-Molly Flannery thing. Including the owner of the jazz cafe. Um, what?
And then JUBILEE...absolutely amazinnnnng...honestly the best chorus concert I've ever been to.
I'm too tired to write more.
