(no subject)
no more high school. ever. again. today was the senior experience seminars and that was a real waste of time. i then handed in my essays and took the vocab test for mr.g.....my last high school assignments EVER. the last day of high school (officially) has been really anti-climatic for some reason. i guess it's b/c the entire past 3 weeks has been a winding down to graduation, which is thursday :-) i can't wait to see everyone cross the stage. i know it sounds dorky and cliche, but it's going to be a big step for all of us. we're no longer just high school kids anymore. imagine that.
so tonight was the big parent meeting at brian's house. just a few of us kids showed up for the kid meeting at barrett's. we got a lot of stuff figured out...and read over the contract and lease information. i think the parents have gotten more freaked out about after talking to each other. there are really stupid rules and such. my dad actually wants to drive up w/ us to get the key and open up the house. i'm having my mom talk to him about that tomorrow to try to talk him out of it. hopefully everything will work out alright. i'm hoping that no one kills each other at beach week, and that we won't have too many strangers in our house at all times of day. i can't wait...!
tomorrow i'm going down to cnu w/ patric and katie to pick up lawrence from orientation, and then we're going to spend a few hours at the beach. it'll be fun, as long as patric doesn't end up being the 3rd wheel. when it comes to katie and lawrence, u need 4 ppl present b4 there's a 3rd wheel :-)
