sun in my hair

Haikus are fun to write and read. I love amusing myself silly reading poorly made ones, or secretly envying the writers who make such exquisite haikus. It's especially fun to write after you had a warm shower, ate a light meal, and are currently sitting alone in your room wearing some loose clothing: feeling pleasantly drowsy, satisfied, and curiously empty of any emotion.

Or maybe it's just me. :D;;

At any rate. Here's a favorite anime/manga list I shamelessly snagged off many other people. T'was a mighty shame it's only five for every category.

Favorite manga/anime characters:
1. Sakura, Naruto (Unlikeable, and very pretentious at first, and then ever-so slowly, she (mentally) begins to bloom, mature, and grow comfortably into her own skin and personality. Watching a character like this grow so much over the course of let's say a few hundred chapters is simply amazing. She's grown wiser, tougher, and her love for her teammates is heartbreaking. Especially with . . . circumstances, currently.)
2. Chihiro, Spirited Away (*_* Such a wonderful, hilarious character. Similar to Sakura Haruno of Naruto as well. Sullen and childish in the beginning of the movie, and it's wonderful just watching her grow --metaphorically-- and change at the end.)
3. Anna, Shaman King (For her loyalty, strength, and her predominant owning of the males in the show)
4. Rukia, Bleach (Tragic, complex, beautiful, elegant, and aristocratic. Come on--how can you /not/ love a girl like her? And her zanpakuto is beautiful.)
5. Ahiru, Princess Tutu

Favorite anime (can be manga/anime or just anime):
1. Naruto
2. Bleach
3. Spirited Away (and/or Princess Tutu)
4. Escaflowne
5. Jigoku Shoujo

Favorite manga (as in there is no anime of it):
1. Kamichama Karin (is very cutesy! and chibi-hilarious. what a shame it was not animated.)
2, 3, 4, 5: er... sadly, I don't read enough manga to know which have been animated, and which hae not. >.>
