(no subject)
8 has moved to SF, and it is pretty intense.
I went to Pittsburgh. I hung out with Lea, Chris and William, who are all pretty awesome, and stayed at William's. There was a party for David's birthday, and C&W and I hung out with Tom7 in a bar and watched a Steelers' game. C&W and I also made tea based cocktails, and W and I made more different cocktails.
I flew to New York, where I stayed with Akiva. I had dinner with him, then breakfast with him and Jcreed. J and I talked about math all day, and then I had dinner with Dannel.
Next day I bought a sweater/gloves/scarf and ate dinner with Sarah B.
Next day I went to Lee's Firefly watching party whereat was Jon and others.
Next day I hung out with Annie (maybe?) and had dinner with KatieMac. I also got kicked out of Akiva's couch and moved to Annie's couch.
Next day I had a late lunch with Maggie, KatieMac and Merry, after wandering starved and lost with Maggie. Then I met Akiva for dinner; we walked to Manhattan and had chocolate while discussing type theory.
I may have missed a day? I also definitely missed Ken, Ed, others :-(
Then I trained to NJ. I saw Skyfall with parents, then we drove to Charlottesville (UVA, and Montecello the next morning.) Then we drove to Charlotte to meet All The Family (minus Kat, in Prague). Dinner. Next day was Thanksgiving. We ate. There were nineteen people, two aged two, one aged six. We had eight pies.
Today I went to downtown Charlotte with mother, Emily, Blll (Emily's boyfriend) for picking up race packets for 5K tomorrow.
