Sigh...
I’m going to be heading home soon for a week since my sister and her family are visiting, and after that, it’s off to India for an additional three weeks. So I won’t be online much this week (and for the days that I’m traveling internationally/recovering from jet lag, not online at all).
…Is it sad that I’m going to miss not seeing the finches for a month? *sigh* I’ll be swinging by the lab before I go to top off their food and water and say goodbye. My advisor, who runs the lab, will be looking after them, but I’m still going to miss them. ‘Cause I’m a sentimental dork like that…
But, on the plus side, I get to see Robert Vaughn’s face on the billboard on my drive home, so… there’s that.
