Questions from kirarakim:
1) What was the last movie you watched? What did you think?
I rarely have the time to see movies, so the last movie I saw is still The Adventures of Tintin. What did I think of it? Short answer: I absolutely loved and adored it and squeed all the way through it. I felt that all the changes and expansions fit perfectly, and I loved what the actors did with the characters. Long answer: read this old entry I wrote a couple entries after I saw it, *spoilers* within it, though.

2) What is your favorite type of fruit?
Tangerines. I could probably go through a whole bag of them in a day, if given the chance...

3) What new technology thing do you wish you owned?
A Nintendo 3DS with Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Pokémon HeartGold. Which just may become a reality within the next several months... *fingers crossed* ...I hope...

4) Do you have or want any pets?
I don't have any, but if/when I do, it will be a cat. And his name will be Peter Mew-kirk.

5) What are your favorite genres?
Can friendship be considered a genre? Friendships (particularly male friendships, whether family or not) are what I look for, and most, if not all, of my fandoms feature at least one example of male friendship--I think the only one that doesn't is The Legend of Zelda, and even that can be debated.

If friendship can't be considered a genre, then mystery/adventure would be my favorite genres.

6) What story has your favorite ending (movie, book, TV?)
Huh... You know, this is a tough one. Of my fandoms, generally, I've loved them but am rarely satisfied by the endings--assuming there even is one! Case in point:
Hogan's Heroes: no canon ending; the gang is still stuck in Stalag 13 in the final ep.
Kolchak: the Night Stalker: no canon ending; the series was canceled after the first season.
The Adventures of Tintin: no canon ending; Book 24, Tintin and Alph-Art was half-finished when author-artist Hergé passed away, leaving the book at the most maddening cliffhanger possible--title character en route to get encased a la House of Wax by the baddies.
Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego: non-ending; super-gorgeous singer gets haircut.
Yu-Gi-Oh: actually has an ending, but a sad/bittersweet one.
Pokémon: hasn't ended yet after 13+ years.
Lord of the Rings: bittersweet ending
And I could go on. That said, the only ending I've ever found satisfactory was the ending of Monk, and even *that* was bittersweet!

7) If you had to choose your last meal, what would you choose?
Probably an Italian meal--pizza, pasta salad, and garlic bread. Yes.

8) What is your favorite article of clothing?
Hmm, probably the lavender sweater that I wore to a Rockapella concert little over a year ago. I shall forever associate that sweater with that concert.

9) Red or White Wine or Don't Drink?
Don't drink.

10) If you could have one super power what would it be?
Teleportation. I am sick of driving in winter weather.

11) Who are your favorite voices?
Well, in case anyone missed the first hundred times I've gone on about this:
Simon Oakland--absolutely gorgeous baritone who very, very rarely sings, but is amazing when he does (sadly, I've only heard him sing once... and for only thirty seconds. Ah, well...), and his speaking voice is just as marvelously smooth and elegant, whether using his natural Brooklyn accent or a host of other accents.
Darren McGavin--another absolutely gorgeous baritone who also rarely sings but is amazing when he does (only heard him sing twice... thank you, iTunes!). And his speaking voice is also very endearing. Can also go into "croaky bass" mode, as that ep of Gunsmoke showed...
Robert Clary--yet another baritone who actually sings a lot (yay!) and is also amazing when he does so. Can't quite shake off his natural French accent, but he doesn't need to--it's part of his adorable-ness.
Richard Dawson--yes, *another* baritone who, once again, rarely sings but is awesome when he does so, whether seriously or comically. Can speak in just about any accent in the world and can vocally impersonate dozens of people, though my favorite impression has to be Winston Churchill.
Steve Barton--you guessed it, another baritone who can also speak in enough accents to give Richard Dawson a challenge.
And the Carmen-era Rockapella, which consists of:
Scott Leonard--a high tenor who has an incredible vocal range and sounds perfect while singing from it. He's the only one of the Carmen quartet still with the band, and I finally got a chance to meet him at the aforementioned concert about a year ago.
Sean Altman--a highly witty tenor who can quip and sing at the same time, and, again, sound perfect while doing so. If you catch him singing a slow song, prepare to have a spell cast over you--especially if it's one he wrote.
Elliott Kerman--back to the baritones again, Elliott is just so incredibly cute and adorable, with the most gorgeous smile--a smile that is evident in his voice; you truly can "hear" him smile when he sings.
Barry Carl--the bassman with an incredible vocal range--can sing the lowest notes on the scale one minute while impersonating a persnickety woman the next (I couldn't make that up if I tried... and it happens more than once).

My 11 questions for whoever wants to do this..."
