Stuff...
LOL, Richard Dawson. He's been quite amusing these past couple of classic Family Feud eps; yesterday, he was reaching for a piece of candy from a large box of it, and suddenly yelled out as though something else in the box had bitten him--it scared the poor guy holding the box half to death, but I still found it amusing.
And today, he was talking about how (back when it was airing), the show was getting ready to move to a new timeslot, which was previously the timeslot of All My Children, so someone in the audience asked Richard what would happen to All My Children. His reply?
Richard: "All My Children? Oh, they're all getting adopted."
And later, he was saying that they would end up combining the two shows--to Family Children or All My Feud.
LOL, I really don't like soap operas; the only exception I made was that there was an arc of Days of Our Lives where Robert Clary was in, playing a very intense role as a man trying to reunite with his estranged family while trying track down the scientist who killed his mother, and nearly ends up getting killed by the creep himself. The arc has a very satisfying and hopeful ending, though. And that is probably the only soap opera arc I'll ever follow. Ever.
Come to think of it, I actually am very picky of what non-soap dramas I like, too; there's Kolchak: the Night Stalker, which is more supernatural than drama, I suppose, and Bonanza and Gunsmoke/Marshal Dillon are Western Dramas. Oh, and M*A*S*H, which I think was the first official "dramedy." As for modern dramas, there's Monk, A Gifted Man, and Once Upon a Time. ...And I think that's it... Basically anything friendship-filled or with an actor I like.
Switching gears completely, I am highly surprised with my Tintin-themed Crystal Nuzlocke--two badges gotten, and no losses (in my FireRed Nuzlocke, I had my first loss before I got my second badge). Of course, badge three involves Whitney of Goldenrod City and her infamous Miltank--which has caused many a loss in Nuzlockes past. I am putting off battling her as long as I can and level-grinding like whoa...
