Tomorrow...
is not the first day of Anime Boston. But it is when we leave for Boston, so that is exciting. God, I hope nothing screws up and it doesn't all go to hell (probably just jinxed myself there).
I finished my costume!
It's not perfect, but it's there.
I went to Cambridge today on a field trip with my Adolescent Literature class to Candlewick Press (they published some of the books we've read, plus a bunch of David Elliot's books). It was so much fun! The people there were so nice; I would love to work there, if I could. I almost wish I didn't have an internship so I could try to work with them. They also gave us a bunch of free books, including one I would have bought anyways--The Astonishing Life of Octavian Nothing, by M.T. Anderson, one of the author's we've read. I wish I had the time to read it now...
I am really excited right now. I just wish I didn't have homework bogging me down.
