So far, so good. I'm ahead of schedule so I may take the day off tomorrow. Then again, I don't want to lose momentum either. I'll just take it as it comes I guess.

This write, write, write and no editing is producing some really creative impulses. This morning I woke up thinking about my novel and what I would write when I got to a computer. Before I knew it, a character I had only half-formed and had planned for him to make an appearance way down the line had butted his way into chapter 4 and, what's more, I like what he did! So I think he's going to be a pretty big secondary character now instead of the mostly silent tertiary character.

In other news, hooray for lowering gas prices! I filled my tank for less than $25.00 today for the first time in months.

ETA: A live action Charlotte's Web starring Dakota Fanning. Squee! I loved the animated version when I was a kid. This should be good.
