Riverdance!
Last night my Honors program went to see Riverdance. It was SO COOL! I never thought I'd enjoy something like that as much as I did. All this week people kept asking me if I was excited and I kind of hedged saying I was excited about getting off campus.
The best thing about it, I think, was that it wasn't erotic. Nowadays when people think of dancing, they're apt to think of Dirty Dancing type of dancing. But this seemed less like sex-on-the-stage than a celebration of culture and the beauty of the human body in that celebration.
I guess the only thing left to say is... more men should dance in leather.
