I'm just going to admit the appalling truth: I don't care much about Phil Coulson in the Marvel Avengers universe. There's a vague Oh, he survived, that's nice sort of feeling lurking about somewhere, but that's about it. So I hadn't really considered whether I would watch Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. this fall or not

That was...unexpected! And definitely funny.

I'm still not totally convinced, though. I'm kinda with Rose on this one, that I don't yet see the appeal and don't find him entirely plausible as a hero. But I'll still watch the show!

Although I do wish Robin Scherbatsky were going to be in it. Maybe next season...one can dream.....

Actually, I thought the fact that Joss may be writing it would be a reason... but I couldn't find out if he actually does write any of it. That would be the only thing to draw me in.
