Barnes & Noble DVD Box Set Sale
Barnes & Noble.com is having a sale on some of their DVD box sets of TV shows -- up to 40% off, they say -- in case anyone is interested. No Doctor Who or Torchwood (oh, well), but some other British TV (including series one and two of Billie Piper's series Secret Diary of a Call Girl), and a lot of "sci-fi," including Firefly. I don't know if there any particular difficulties for buyers outside the US, but they do take PayPal, and have information about shipping for those customers. Link: Barnes & Noble.com DVD sale.
