Well, no reason he shouldn't be. It's not his fault that his name is one typo away from a hotdog and something very similar.

I just wish sex addiction wasn't such a damn social stigma and that he could control it better.

Yeah. It's crummy for his friends and family, but drug and alcohol addiction aren't a picnic for anybody either. And I think the latter are more easily forgiven in this society.
