In 1977, at her Silver Jubilee, she is quoted to have Declaired "Although vow was made in my salad days, when I was green in judgement, I DO NOT REGRET NOR RETRACT ONE WORD OF IT." [emphasis mine]
45 years later, during her Platinum Jubillee, a thank you letter continued that same commitment.
She also visited each and EVERY Commonwelthy country at least once.
Her reign spanned 15 Prime Ministers - from Winston Churchiill (born in 1874), to Ms Mary Elizabeth Truss (born in 1975).
