CRUMBLE-COOKIES!

A variation of the delicious Krumkake.
(same Krumkake pan/grill AND wooden object to roll the baked cookie with).

2/3 cup water.
1 cup general purpose flour
1/2 stuck butter (1/4 cup)
1 egg.
1/2 to 1 teaspoon vanilla (or perfered flavouring)
1/2 cup granulated sugar (add/subtract for taste ... brown sugar or coconut flakes may be substituted ... but if using sweetened coconut flakes, do increase (double?) the water and butter).

Step 1 - BOIL the Water.
While it is cooling, drop in the butter and stir until melted (completly).
Add the sugar, stirring until dissolved.
Allow to cool.

Step 2.
Mix the flour and egg to the sugary-buttery-water.  While blending add the flavouring (VANILLA popular).
This mixture is relatively thin and will produce a crisby krumkake.  (bake to a golden brown).

Step 3 HEAT the Krumkake pan/plates.
for a full 6 inch wafer, spoon out 1 1/2 tablespoon batter.
BAKE for thirty seconds - (if gas/over flame, fifteen seconds per side).
Remove from pan and roll quickly.

This recipie size should make about fifteen (15) crumbly cookies.
