“Saw my brother earlier.”
“The one you haven’t seen since you were younglings?”
“That’s the one.”
“Good. … Wait, was this during the last battle?”
“Naw, fighting had stopped.”
“Then why are you shaken? He’s not dead, is he?”
“No - worse. Baby brother didn’t recognize me at all.”
“I’m sorry, my friend.”
“Sorry? What for? You’re not the reason we were separated. Heck, I met you vorns after we last saw each other.“
“Still, I could have helped you find him before the war broke out. To let him know you were still alive.”
“Prowler, you did everything you could - and some things that weren’t legal, to help me try to find him. I don’t blame you for anything.”
“Then, what’s the real problem Jazz?”
“He shot at me! Didn’t give me a chance to tell him who I was. Gotta find him, explain what really happened the day I disappeared.”
“How likely will he believe you?”
“Low - but I gotta try. I gotta take the chance.”
“I understand. Go, and Primus be with you.”
“Thanks.”
