Review
Review finally came today. It went alright, but I was honestly hoping for more.
Thinking on it now, it was down year for us and the economy. So getting a raise in salary and nice bonus is something I should be thankful with at this time.
My thought though is to make my new pet project with that of Microsoft Access. My GM has complained about streamlining and following through on projects to reach completion. As such, I think I'm going to try to develop a Research & Development project submittal form. This way I can streamline the project so that my bosses can keep update and give access to sales to have entry via that of a submit form.
This has several benefits in the form of allowing me to show when a project began and the dates they moved forward. As well, it gives me an opportunity to take certain deadlines posted by the Sales deparment and integrate them into Research & Development so that there is a transition.
The only problem is that I know little to nothing about Access. Looks like I have a new computer project on my hands. FUN for me!
