Actually now I want fic of everyone walking in on Anthony/Nikita, and half the characters noticing nothing because those accidental touches are nothing to them, and the other half being BOWLED OVER by it.

I think it might take a little more, perhaps actual kissing. Nikita especially seems set in her current degree of Silence. Admittedly I say this in part because I want to see slow burn as accidental touches put more and more cracks in their Silence.
