Ok, so I know I totally vanished for a bit, but that's because my soul was being consumed by Pokémon: Black Version. I finally beat the main story tonight(and I didn't use any Legendary Pokémon on my team; Reshiram went straight to the PC once I caught him. So THERE, all of you people who said that the game could only be beaten by putting the game mascot Legendary on your team. I PROVED YOU ALL WRONG ohohohohoho) so I can finally start on my comic that's going to be based on my playthrough. And also, now I should be able to have more "non-Pokémon" game time. My AC towns on both my DSi AND the Wii suffered because of it, XD.
I finally finished the first Warriors series. I'm not sure if I'll read the follow-up series, though-I heard they were terrible compared to the first one. So I don't know. I also finally got around to reading the rest of the Percy Jackson books. I finished Sea of Monsters a few weeks ago and I'm currently reading The Titan's Curse. I have the next book, Battle of the Labyrinth, but I'm 99.9% sure my dad (who owns the books, heh) doesn't have the last book in the series, so when I'm ready for that I'll have to get it myself. I'm TRYING to read the entire Guardians of Ga'Hoole series, but I can't find Book Ten anywhere. The bookstore I go to jumps from book eight to book twelve. Grrr. Gonna have to talk someone into a Barnes and Noble run sometime...
...and I still can't see a Redwall book without feeling sad. :(
I finally finished all of my Transformers Graphic Novels, so I FINALLY was able to start on Yu-Gi-Oh. I finished Volume One already and have Volume Two out for reading. Once I get through Yu-Gi-Oh (I have the entire first series and up to Volume 22 of Duelist) I can start on the Legend of Zelda ones. I'm slowly but surely approaching my goal of re-reading all of my Graphic Novels! If I just would stop buying the new volumes of Pokémon Adventures when they come out, I'dve finished a long time ago, XD.
And now, we have no Blockbuster anywhere near us anymore. The last one nearby went out of business a week ago. I snatched up volumes one, two, and five of the first season of Avatar: The Last Airbender (mainly so I can see what all the fuss is about and why the fans of the show hated the movie, which I thought was pretty good), and Max Keeble's Big Move (omg, this movie is so STUPID it's funny). They didn't have any decent video games left, though, and all of their new DVDs and Blu-Rays were WAY too expensive. But all in all, I'm satisfied with what I DID manage to snag.
...You guys have no IDEA how, every time I walk past the display case at Wal*Mart that contains the 3DS, it's so hard to not just BUY one. However, I know buying one now is pretty pointless, because all of the games (sans Nintendogs and Cats, which is out already) I want that are for it don't come out until later-Ocarina of Time, Animal Crossing, and Mario Cart. I'm also hoping they remake Majora's Mask for the 3DS, too, and that Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire get their rumored remakes with a 3D treatment. So I'm waiting, and seeing how things go.
Also....
Is it bad that, even though I really am excited about Transformers: Dark of the Moon, the main thing I'm looking forward to is all of the new Bumblebee Merch the movie will bring? :)
Until Next Time,
Cheers.~♪
