Happiness is...
- a job I actually enjoy (even though, you know, it involves me having to go to work)
- getting quite a bit done with FF6 (I have 13 characters, all of whom are over level 40)
- giving my clemetis a permenant home
- finding buds on one of my freesias *squeals*
The garden continues to give me pleasure every time I wander out there. There's always something lovely to see. Today I found a spider with really pretty yellow stripes on its back.
Tomorrow, I need to work on Chapter 6 of 'Holding...', as well as do some work *grins* I think I just need to bang out what I have in my head and then let it ferment (or should that be fester?) while I do other stuff. Like work. And study.
I'm finding loads of links between Schumacher and Lovelock. I'm hoping to incorporate both of them into my dissertation. The dissertation is really my priority over the summer, although you wouldn't know it. I finally read through the spirituality article on Thursday and it sent me off on all sorts of google scholar searches. I've also taken my undergraduate dissertation into work so that I can look up all the really interesting stuff I read for that. There was some stuff I picked up on really late in the day about thresholds and having a space that's yours. Again, hopefully there's a way of weaving that in this time round - plus I'm giving myself loads of time to do it, this time. Well, theoretically, anyway *grins*
Right, time to go. Toodles, LJ.
