Yesterday, 'Clerks' arrived from LoveFilm.com. The disc was knackered so I didn't get to watch all of it, but I thought it was pants anyway, so I wasn't too bothered. To make up for it, I watched my new copy of 'Legend' - which is OK, as a fairly straightforward fairy tale. Not a patch on 'Willow' or even 'Labyrinth', though. And then I watched the first two episodes of 'The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe' (the BBC version) - which is also OK. It seemed really slow and it took me a while to like Lucy.
There were some funky live performers in town, yesterday. There were clog dancers and morris dancers outside John Lewis and live bands in Chevasse Park. And bebo/bevo/vebo(?) (as opposed to break) dancers outside Next - who were really good.
I'm back at work, tomorrow, and I need to work on Sunday's discussion - the first in my Recession series. I'm hoping it'll go well.
