Spent a couple of hours cleaning our bedroom, including moving all my nicknacks and miniature boxes to different positions, and clearing some crap out of my drawers, today. I felt really good when I'd finished.
Yesterday was the first full day of sunshine we've had all month - seriously. I took advantage of it by doing loads of washing.
So, I'm using my time off work productively :D
The Child Tax Credit people are only paying us until the end of August. I thought that Billy being with Connexions counted the same as him being in full time education / training - he is going to be doing an apprenticeship, for crying out loud. So, that's another 'phone call I need to make on Monday. I explained all this to the woman I spoke to last week, as well!
I have completed 37 out of the 40 hunts I've signed up for. I managed to defeat Diablos on the third attempt - after I'd worked out that hitting him with Blizzaga was far more effective than hitting him with my fire element spear. DUH!!! I have located Fefnir - but he's a real toughie! I'm thinking I need to level up a bit more before tackling him again. All my characters are at level 65, which is the level the nastier monsters in the Crystal at Giruvegan were at, so I'm thinking of heading back there.
The ferry-boy's father wants to take up fishing, and I think I'm supposed to find him a rod - but where? And the Nu Mou with the medallion still hasn't shown his face. Oh, well - these may be things that wait for the walkthrough playthrough :D
I'm really tired - I'm going to head off to bed, soon. Night, LJ.
