I don't care what the weather channel says for you guys who are coming but without a doubt it has been 15 degrees all day everyday in downtown at Gerorgia Tech. I've been there all week. I would know.
and this is before wind chill is factored in.
And trust me. ATL has an insane wind tunnel effect. (fluid dymanics thing)
