monday worked in the nonrain. hallelujah.
tuesday bookscouted with my dad. we had some good talks. worked out. hung out with tamarack at tim hortons. rad to have an anarcho feminist friend out there now.
wednesday returned from bookscouting with my dad. went to survivor group which is powerful and revolutionary for me. good people.
thursday worked in the sun! amanda from nyc/sf arrives evening whom i met at queeruption 2002 in london, homoagogo the last one and once again this summer at queeruption. i pick her up at the airport
friday cover show at the library. nice to see folks. minor threat fuckin ruled!
saturday amanda juls and i played scrabble at the bump and grind then went to sushi. afterwards did performance art with a large group of local queer hotties. a piece entitled all the arms we need. yes it's true i appropriated punk culture. our culture. wierd. we were hanging off a low level lit balconey all 14 of us cuddling up a gay revolution storm wearing black in balaclavas. ah art. such fun times.
sunday amanda left. bummed. but will see her again in february. i leave for london/glasgow early january then fly back to the east coast in february. then it goes like this nyc mtl to mtl nyc. i love my peeps. i miss them. can't wait to see lovers and friends all over. i'll be back mid march. i'm working up to leaving this town for 4 months a year. last year was one month, this year two and i;ll see how it goes, the next one three.....
gotta get outta here for the rainy season.
