First, to update everyone on the trip, we have decided to go to Antigua. Now sure whether we will do Sandals or another resort, but it seemed to offer a lot of what we want. We will be going in July, so I am super excited about that ( Read more... )

I wish I had an idea on the telescope! If you find a good one, let me know.

I am scared of Trampolines. I have majoy anxiety when I se kids on them. I know peoplw who have them and it wears the kids out quickly, but for some reason I ca't get over the fears! I think I was hurt on one once a long time ago, hence the anxiety.

I would go with a swing set!

Thanks for the input! Trampolines used to seem so scary/dangerous to me, but we have friends who have on that is all enclosed, and it seems pretty safe. But I still might have trouble actually getting one.

Wow Antigua sounds awesome. I'm sure u will have a great time

I would def go w swing set as my sbil got that for his daughter and she loves it.

Btw what is ur blog address? I like to keep up w it to c your pics but since I'm not at work I don't have it saved. :(.

I would probably go with the swing set. Trampolines scare me!

Definitely do the swing set. We have one that has 2 bucket seats, a baby seat and it can have a glider and has a slide and tree house. the kids love it and play with it a ton. its definitely a year round play set.

i am so jealous of Antigua! We are trying to plan a 10 year trip and we are not agreeing on what to do. i want to go somewhere and RELAX (ie. lay on a beach and drink) but Steve says he wants to do something different.

i totally agree with the playset. i hate trampolines and I do think the enclosures help but they can still be dangerous. we have an awesome Rainbow playset that the kids will use for years and years. I also do like the idea of memberships b/c we use those a lot, too, but $600 is a good chunk to put down on something!
