I love Spike convincing Connor. I love that he lost his soul and nobody told Angel.
Yeah, right? They would have tried their best to hide it from Angel and probably succeeded for a few days at least. Eventually, it'd come out, though, and then the story is (again) about how Angel can never kill Spike (Darla, Dru), until the one thing happens that would push him to it. In a lot of ways, I feel like this story is inevitable. But then, sometimes, Spike/Connor curtain-fic seems inevitable to me, too, so I'm happy to accept both.
