I'm counting down the days until the worst year of my life is over. This sounds more depressing than I intended but oh well:
1. What did you do in 2008 that you'd never done before?
Got set on fire. (read the bday question...)
2. Did you keep your New Year's Resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don't think I made any, but they will be to sew more, paint more, write music more, study harder at art school.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Danielle and Christine within a few weeks of each other
4. Did anyone close to you die?
Yes. Seven. Seven. Seven.
5. What countries did you visit?
England, Sydney, Thailand in transit, Denmark.
6. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008?
To actually listen to my dreams and get out of the slum my mind is in.
7. What dates from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
February, two deaths and dads heart attack. May. August.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Denmark :) And my tattoos
9. What was your biggest failure?
School. Emotional collapse.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Alcohol Poisoning multiple times.
11. What was the best thing someone bought you?
A pet rock from Joe. I was bawling my eyes out and he presented me with a rock he found at work.

My friends who put up and supported me.

Rent. Bills.

My calf leather boots. Denmark trip.

Writing music.

Sleeping and crying; getting drugged up and crying in the bath.

I spent the first one in the Coromandel with Joe and his family, the second one with my mum and my dad and my sister.

That I could motivate myself enough to pick up my guitar yesterday

Payrise. New flat. Space. Jasper to not die (yay! alive Kitties are the best!)

i don't think my ambition stretched that far

Ummm Juno or Little Miss Sunshine or the Darjeeling Ltd. I think they were the year before but we bashed them.

I turned 21. On my actual bday, I got drugged/drunk and the girls took me on stage, where I got mostly naked and they set me on fire. It was awesome at the time. The photos weren't - but you only live once.
On the week before, I drank with friends at Cavern. And my mum joined in too as it was her 50th.

I like black and white, neutral tones, and maybe a flash of red or turquoise. Nothings changed really.
