It's too late to go back to sleep
I think that the reason the ljs and the like are so popular is that for a lot of people they help fill this basic human need, this need to have a place where we can just be, without defending ourselves all the time or constantly having to explain ourselves. And at some point it stopped feeling like that for me, and it's really sad. And really, that's why I barely post any more. Because I started to feel like there were things I should or shouldn't post, and that I needed to give explanation and defend myself, and really...it wasn't worth it any more. But I miss this place, more than I imagined. I just have to find a balance, I think.
