Adventure to Japan 2015!!
Well, I finally managed to save up enough money. I'm going to Japan in August. I'll be there mostly by myself for about two weeks, but I have managed to make a few plans with friends that live there or with friends visiting around the same time as me. I'm going to be in Tokyo for most of my trip, but I will be visiting Kyoto, Osaka, and Nagoya as well. Deinitely going to Gamushara with a friend on 8/11. Hopefully, when arisu_chan25 makes her plans to go solid, we can plan a couple of days to go to Tokyo Disney!! So exciting!! Going to meet one of my twitter friends for the first time. I'm staying near where she lives and hopefully we can find some fun things to do.
Going to shoot for the HSJ shows in Nagoya! I am really stupid excited about that. I will probably be going by myself, so if any of you are in the area or going to the concert on 8/18 in Nagoya, let me know.
In other news, things have been going well since I graduated from university. Work has been a lot of fun. It's fast-paced and exciting and my co-workers are really awesome and nice. It still feels weird now that I'm not in school anymore. I'm so used to homework being due and working on projects until 2 am. I almost don't know what to do with myself, lol.
I have so many things to look forward to this summer. I'm probably going to visit arisu_chan25 once or twice of course like I usually do. I can't seem to stay away from my fandom bestie, lol. <3 nanatorigawa is coming to visit for a week at the end of next month. She said she needs some nice friend time with me. Gosh I miss her so much. I can't believe we have kept this tradition of seeing each other every year going for so many years...and we did that pretty unintentionally. It just sort of worked out that way. I might have to work some days that she's here, but we'll definitely go on a day trip somewhere and go see a movie maybe. There's definitely lots we need to catch up on!! I need some friend time with her too.Then, ributa is visiting me in September!! So excited to see her again! We've always had a lot of fun hanging out and bullshitting so I'm looking forward to it. We'll take a drive to San Francisco and who knows what else. My summer is jam-packed full of social activities, lol.
I'm still stupid excited that I'll get to see Hikaru and Shintaro in person. This will be my first experience out of the country and I'm pretty nervous travelling alone, but I'll do my best. I still need to plan other things I will do when I'm in Kyoto and Osaka. If anyone has any suggestions of awesome things to see there, let me know!!
