Banana Splits
So everyone who went out to see Kick-Ass heard this awesome punk version of the Banana Splits by The Dickies.
But since I've actually seen this god-awful show, I can't help but posting the original theme song as well (and I'm doing you guys a favour by not posting a complete episode here).

When this part was heard during the movie I kinda felt when I was watching Clash of the Titans and Sam Worthington/Perseus grabbed that electronic owl out of a chest which they used in the original movie. You know, one of those moments when you think you're the only one in the entire theater who actually know to what they are referring to. Except with Titans it felt kinda cool, but with Kick-Ass it was more of an embarrassing kind of feeling. =P
Also, during the Elf Fantasy Fair this year I saw a cross-dressing Hit-Girl, it gave me the exact same kind of feelings but now both of them at the same time. ^^
