I went home this weekend. I really enjoyed being in the friendly, familiar setting, despite how much it disagreed with me over the summer. I talked to my parents about the decision mentioned on the first entry of October 27th. Surprisingly, they were very understanding and left the decision up to me, which is great, I suppose. It would have been preferable if they would have strongly opposed one or more options so the choice would not be so difficult. I had hoped that talking to them would provide some clarity. Right now, I am leaning towards the decision to stay at WVU for one more semester, living off campus and searching diligently for the right school. Attending Temple (if invited), returning to UPB (if invited) and sitting out a semester are all still very much open, though.

I am also considering a fifth option, attending the University of Pittsburgh
